Even though I haven't had the pleasure of owning either yet, I'd say AR.

The ar ak debate is pointless imo

Both are powerful, easy to use, very available and reliable

I kinda want an ak-103. I saw the Kalashnikov group put 1400 rounds through it, and it fared better that other ak platforms
