Does anyone have a bipod recommendation? I’d rather buy once and cry once then cheap out, so price is not an issue. Seems like all youtubers are bout out now a days so its hard to find an unbiased review

2020-10-01 05:08:49 UTC

Bought*

2020-10-01 05:45:35 UTC

Thinking about Atlas bipod

2020-10-01 06:55:06 UTC

I wonder if TFB has an article about that

2020-10-01 07:08:03 UTC

Atlas Bipods are great but very expensive where you can get a Harris bipod with the articulated angling and adjustable legs for about $125 compared to the atlas that are several hundred

I have six rifles with bipods on them.. 4 Of them are the Harris swiveling adjustable bipods ..they hold up well and they’re well-made and unless you’re a special forces guy with a very large rifle and you’re being parachuted into a drop zone where you’re actually in combat you really don’t need the atlas bipod

2020-10-01 07:20:42 UTC

@Deleted User Hey Thanks for the advice but I already order the Atlas Bipod BT46 Lw17 and yeah they were expensive. I saw the harris ones but I saw mixed reviews. So i just went with atlas

2020-10-01 07:21:01 UTC

It’s a good bipod don’t get me wrong it’s just pricey

2020-10-01 07:21:42 UTC

I’ve never had a problem with the Harris swiveling adjustable leg bipods. I’ve used them for over 30 years

2020-10-01 07:22:08 UTC

@Deleted User I’ve had a bad experience in life buying the cheap/moderate priced items. I always end up having to buy again, so I just bite the bullet in the beginning and It seems to be working. If you get what i mean

2020-10-01 07:23:18 UTC

Yup. If you have any other rifles that you need a bipod on try one of the Harris bipod’s but make sure you get the one that can cant and swivel on an angled platform

2020-10-01 07:23:37 UTC

For a little over $100 they can’t be beat I think they’re between 125 and 140 now

2020-10-01 07:23:50 UTC

How much did they charge you for that atlas bipod

2020-10-01 07:23:55 UTC
2020-10-01 07:24:13 UTC

Like 250 or 300

2020-10-01 07:24:16 UTC

Fasho, Definitely will. I only have a carbine and a rifle for now

2020-10-01 07:24:35 UTC

They are rugged and well-built I must admit

2020-10-01 07:24:42 UTC

I gotta wait a bit before buying again lol just got a DD rifle like a week ago

2020-10-01 07:24:57 UTC

Kool

2020-10-01 07:25:21 UTC

Thanks for the advice, was struggling to find a legit review

2020-10-01 07:25:36 UTC

I just got a sigsauer legion SAO 9 mm and I’ll tell you what I’m really a 45 guy but this is one sweet nine mill

2020-10-01 07:26:06 UTC

I like all metal frame and slide guns and I like single action only a lot being an old marine I’m basically out of the 1911 school as I have five 1911’s

2020-10-01 07:26:22 UTC

But I also have my Glock’s and sig sauers as well as four very nice revolvers

2020-10-01 07:28:07 UTC

I looked at the legion 229 and they are sweet. How does it shoot? Legion 229 was actually second in line to my CZP01 but a lot of people said get the Cz P01 and modify the trigger. So I went that route. @Deleted User

2020-10-01 07:28:45 UTC

Legion has a better look imo tho

2020-10-01 07:29:04 UTC

I love the legion 229. Great trigger feels great in the hand of fiber optic front sight but then also tritium night sites

2020-10-01 07:29:35 UTC

I love CZ’s but once you put a legion in your hand it just fits great and the trigger that they have in their brakes at a Crisp 4 pounds

2020-10-01 07:30:48 UTC

A very nice muted green Cere coat also

2020-10-01 07:31:02 UTC

I’m sleeping with it right here next to me

2020-10-01 07:31:05 UTC

I might double back in the future. Ive got a CZ P01 & Rami w/ Cajun triggers. I think I might get a legion in the future

2020-10-01 07:31:33 UTC

My wife likes her Glock 30 with night sites and a 200 lm light underneath
