Its doesn't matter...AR15 springs have no effect on calibers.
Its common to “tune” a rifle by changing the buffer, different spring rates are another place where you have choices. Most aftermarket springs use a spring tension weight
I see. Thanks much
Opps
I meant to tag another person too oh well
They'll see
You'll need a Carbine style buffer
@Aperfectghost thanks, I’ll go ahead an place an order then. I hate how small the micro buffer tube is
JP Silent Captured Spring
Check that product out
After ur build
That is an expensive spring lol
Yes to answer your question Odb, a heavy buffer is good because it, a 9mm AR is a blowback system
Yeah its expensive but you can swap it between your ARs
@Aperfectghost hmm maybe in the future. I don’t seem to need it rn, My DDM4V7 Pro has no recoil. I assume that is the purpose of that primo spring
I like the suggestion, did not even know that existed
Heres a good option as well 👆 @Odb
I have a jp on my rifle lower, it is smooth.. very much like it
@Aperfectghost you know if I put a rifle length buffer on my 20" 6.5 if it would cycle ok?
It's in my go bag
With my cz p07
Using a mid length buffer and it ejects around 2-3 o'clock
I think it would work
Heres a good website for help with buffer
Issues
im here with the obligatory "are those nerf darts?"
Heavy 5oz nerf darts
Some 8oz
Crossbow that shoots buffers <:thinking:726878987837636698>
yes
I think I need some range time..its been a bit and I need to throw a few .50s down range
@Aperfectghost I did a little more research and saw that h2 might not be heavy enough, I think im going with Aero precision ar15 carbine buffer tube kit H3.
Did u see the other one I suggested
Yeah that is what lead me to do more research, it said 5.3 oz and H2 was only 4 oz or something like that. H3 is 5.4 so it should do the job.
9mm specific is 5.3 from what I saw
