We have a lot of farmers where I live so that drives up the price because they are always looking to buy more land

There is a lot of Animal farmers in Texas

My dad might buy our neighbors land as an investment because land almost always appreciates.

And as more stuff goes on in the big citys those prices are just going to go up and up

Democrats be like we just want to help the little man

We are also looking for land to put a trailer park because as people move form the city not everyone can afford to spend 80k on a little bit of land and trailer parks also have a good return of investment.

Dang that's some good land prices. I'm going to be in college for a few more years but if I can find a job near here afterwards I found some nice land for about 1k an acres which I would love to build a home on in the woods but have enough land to shoot.

Probably lot cheaper if you are in the middle of no where.

There's not a lot of people where I live I don't why it's so high besides for all the farmers looking to buy land

Our road has like 10 houses on it there were 2 when we moved there but land was still 15k a acre

Probably depends how fertile the land is and how it's zoned.

Yeah we ain't zoned in a flood zone or nothing like that so that may be something to do with it

For a non glock, I carry a Springfield XDS. It's a subcompact single stack. I have the 9mm version but I know it also comes in 45 acp.

I think most of the Springfield pistols can came in 45 acp and I think only one model has an external hammer.
