Dang that's some good land prices. I'm going to be in college for a few more years but if I can find a job near here afterwards I found some nice land for about 1k an acres which I would love to build a home on in the woods but have enough land to shoot.

For a non glock, I carry a Springfield XDS. It's a subcompact single stack. I have the 9mm version but I know it also comes in 45 acp.

If it was bad ammo (like loaded too hot) it's not the guns fault. Also not sure how an internal striker would change anything over an external hammer
