From what I can tell from the description, there's no lower so it's technically not a gun.

Honestly, my number one would be an AK 74, but anything will do, AK or AR, I’m trying to not spend a ton of money though

Does that annual 200$ fee apply to handgun mags above 10? They said they want a federal 10 capacity limit on handguns and if you wanted a larger mag you had to register it

I’m buying an AR 15 tomorrow possibly so I need some advice. I’m buying the upper and lower from two different brands from the same gun store for $650. Is this a good idea or a good deal? I bought my first gun from the same shop and I do trust them pretty well.
