a derringer is another two round firearm or a very small caliber. I have a boot gun, Bonds Arms Defender in .45LC, haven't carried it in years.
I'm a better shot than most LEOs. I am part owner of a gun range that caters to LEOs. The other three owners are all LEOs. I am a better shot than they are and most of our clients. But then again I've shot a LOT more rounds than they have, a lot more than the other three owners combined. I shot competition for three decades and practiced an average of a thousand rounds a week for most of that time. if I need more than 41, its a bad day all around, at least the barrel will be hot when I go down.
did you watch that video?
the guy got shot 14 times, several of which were life ending wounds... just not immediate
before getting shot 3 times in the head
and he was still alive after that
I'm not doubting your skill
been shooting for 25+ years, decent shot myself, but I carry as much as I can
besides, you may be a great shot, but after getting shot yourself, that will be incredibly diminished especially off hand
just saying
I've been shooting nearly 60 years and carry as much as I can comfortably.
okay
Qualifications for LEOs are dismal, usually 50 rounds or less on static targets from a static standing position and they can miss the target entirely with 20% of the rounds and still pass. We had a federal officer with 25 years experience fail his Texas LTC shooting qualifier at our range. Bloody unbelievable.
Odb did you always had the RAMI, or did u just pick it up
Worth the purchase?
@Bar just gonna quote someone else - Mike Tyson – “everyone has a plan until they get punched in the mouth”
yup, same is true of firearms, that's why I want a lot more than two rounds.
It's first day so to be seen but it works as advertised. With the high ammo prices, being able to work on my aim besides just the muscle memory is a good thing in my books.
@Bar 👍
I guess it will show when u try to put lead down range
I'll probably pick one up for my shooting group to save on ammo
LEt us know how you like the system after a while. With ammo prices like they are, many of us will need a way around burning ammo.
Only cons so far is my phone missed a couple of shots but considering my phone was only able to capture at 30fps but I'd say it only missed 1 out of 20 shots. Also it's a pain to get the laser out of the gun when you are done because it's designed to not come out when you rack the slide.
The app also has the ability after ever 10 shots to let you review each shot and see your placement along with your grouping of you use the grouping target.
@Aperfectghost I’ve had the Rami for like a year & 1/2
I actually just ordered Xs big dot sights in yellow. Idk what to except but you have like 2 options on a rami.
If I don’t like them, I may put an rmr on this in the future when I got the money for a trijicon. I had a holosun 507c and they’re too bulky
this is airsoft but still nice
Did u take that pic with a toaster?
Ohh.. will nice, that's what I carry or my 1911
My Great Grandpappys Double Barrel Stevens. He bought it out of a Sears & Roebuck Catalog in 1963.
Also look at the springfiled hellcat or xds mod.2. Both are excellent conceal carry 9mms
I carry a first gen XDS everyday and recommend it if you want a single stack sub compact.
I’d recommend a stack and a half, like my sig p365
^^
So 12 bullets?
To give you a couple of perspectives, it is almost the exact dimensions of a Glock 43 and also easily fits in my pocket in a holster.
Or the 15 round mag?
10 bullets
