@Bar or you could just call it a gun lock lol
i should probably be more specific, i meant the strip jutting out of the mag thats just lying there
Depends on the firearm, the ammo and the protection.

hmm
Its not a lock, there is a simple lever on the tie that can easily remove it.
That isnt a mag, that's a mag loader
oooooooh
that actually makes more sense now
I didn’t see a tie but the picture is kinda blurry too
Yellow tag is the tie
Pardon, its a mag WITH a loader
50 round mags 😏
gonna get me one
for that ^
I don't have experience buying drums but do they normally cost that much?
quality ones yes
the magpul 5.56/7.62 are plastic so cheaper
but still $100 a pop
I have one of those too. decent quality. heavy though.
Haven’t drum mags been historically not great?
Yep, they are a lot more complicated then mags so they have more reliability issues historically. They also are large and unwieldy compared to mags so they are very hard to carry spares.
I've mag dumped a 60 drum 5.56
the D-60
worked flawlessly
Hmm
smoky barrel after but it was nice. there was a dead tree and I cut it in half lol
I’ve never used drum mags personally
having 60 rounds is really nice. continuous fire
my armor vest holds 3x30 though
I'm told Drum mags arent that good cuz it means carrying less ammo
less ammo? more
Spray and pray
you can drop it in a hurry
@Milkgamer55 i bought 1k m855 before the rush
stuff is actually pretty accurate
think of it this way, theres a reason that the thompson from ww2 just used stick mags rather then drums from the earlier models
I have a daniel defense cold forge barrel
oh no I know
