I'm no pool shark in real life by any means, but in *Wii Play*'s billiards game, I learned where to hit the cue ball so when it strikes the ball I'm trying to sink, it won't go, "Hey! Wait for me!" and follow it into the hole as well, but with backspin/draw will actually start moving backwards.

German tech tree is pretty good, there's no reason to buff them at all. but i suspect as part of the nerf against them they got Italy and Japan on their side in RL battles so it counterbalances it
