I've seen complaints on YouTube that the tone really changed for the worse when they stopped allowing controversial jokes (like Owen Wilson jokes). It's just way too corporatized, the charities pay them a lot of money, and they don't really divulge to international viewers that the Prevent Cancer Foundation is an American charity rather than an international one.

But the push for social justice (which recently included putting pronouns on the screen) is a big deal-breaker for some, as well.

I actually removed my gender from my deviantART account when I realized it had switched from "gender" to "pronouns", because I don't want people thinking I endorse mentally ill folks who want to be called "they". I don't "identify" with he/him; I'm just biologically male, and therefore those pronouns are grammatically correct when referring to me.

Anyway, I had a brief stint with speedrunning, but I'm bad with technology.

The Hollow Knight plays at gdq were pretty cool this year

I'm mainly interested in puzzle game speedruns, and briefly had the Tetris 2 (SNES) 80 Round Clear WR on speedun\.com (the only run), but it's been beaten by over half an hour 🙂
