God doesn't want anyone to go to hell but he's also just which means anyone who sins must be punished. Jesus died to create a second option by taking our sin upon himself freely

No one can make you believe in Jesus, it's something only you can do.

@Draconem_Dominus what you experienced was not what Jesus called us to do. We aren't here to judge others, because we're all broken, we're all bad. We're just here to spread the word of God, and love one another.

Think of it like this: How could perfect and just judge (God) allow evil to come into Heaven? That wouldn't be just. But He loves us so much, that he made a way so that we still could.

Yes, there's hypocrites, false teachers, and ones who claim to Christian but are not. But that won't change what God did for you.
Those people will be judged accordingly when the time comes.

See, all these different branches of Catholicism and Christianity are confusing, and some of them are ridiculous, all you need is the Bible. The Bible is the only truth in this world.

There are thing from the Old Testament that we follow like the Ten Commandments

The old covenant of the Old Testament we no longer follow, but much of the history and stories in it are still of great value. Including the prophecies of Jesus' birth, death, and resurrection

Another thing without the Old Testament there is no New Testament

The old testament also shows us our sins and the perfect standard God expects. This shows us how getting to heaven on our own actions is impossible and needs someone to die in our place.

The 10 Commandments, for example, are in the Old Testament

As is the part about being gay is a sin

They still apply and are mentioned in the New Testament, but they were first in the Old Testament

When Jesus came, he made a new covenant with us that replaced the old covenant under the law. It doesn't mean the sins mentioned in the old are not still sins but that we no longer bound by them because Jesus has forgiven them.

Being gay is only a sin because it's not what God intended. He intended for a man and a woman to love each other.
