Ah
Is there any relation to the Bible or not?
Yes. We believe that both books are Word of God.
How did Jesus reach America?
> The creation of night and day
@MKSmash
Yes, in that moment he created time. And called it day 1
It's not a story of how the world was created. Genesis is a theological account of how the world was created, and there is no science contained in it.
We can't rely on it literally, and we need science for how the world was created scientifically and tradition to interpret Genesis
Why cant we rely on it literally?
Genesis is the exact account of how the universe was created.
God created everything with his word
So, today at my youth group, one of my friends asked about possession. My youth pastor explained it pretty good. He said that demons don't directly posses people.
And that they it's not like the movies. He said that they can't read your mind,. They just put ideas into your head.

@ZSLiby Studios
Simple as that, no need for other text to interpret the Gensis account
I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not butcher
No im agreeing with @ZSLiby Studios
Ok couldn't really tell
Thank you for clarifying!

@MKSmash After he died and returned to His Father, he visited the righteous people in the Americas.
Oh my goshhhhh I didn't know E Rob was a member as well ahhhhhh
Quick question. I'm not supposed to be dabbling in taking religion seriously, seeing as I was once quite the fedora-tipper in r/atheism, but hypothetically, can God forgive Nazis? I'm pretty sure that according to the guy who introduced me to Christian furrydom, God absolutely cannot forgive Nazis. He tweeted that Richard Spencer being punched and glitterbombed was "glorious heartening news", with no mention of Biblical concepts like "turn the other cheek" or "pray for your enemies". Whether I'm actually a Nazi or just someone the far left hates is a topic for another channel, but it's pretty important to know whether, if I were a Nazi, God could forgive me anyway.
According to the Bible, there is only 1 unforgivable sin, blasphemy of the Holy Spirit, now if as a hypothetical Nazi you've done this then no. But I've never seen a Nazi clause in the salvation covenant.
@mathgrant if its a true repentance then yes God will forgive the nazi.
But with how hard you would have to make your heart to do some of the horrible things that they did I don't think there's many Nazis that would become Christian
It's kinda tough when "Nazi" is a neologism and therefore not found in the Bible. Race relations in the Bible weren't between white-skinned people and black-skinned people, but between Jews and Samaritans, for example, and as I recall, Jesus wasn't a racist regarding that. So blatant racism is definitely unbiblical.

@HUNTER4639 haha is that a good thing or a bad thing?
Between God allowing me to become a furry and later to become a bisexual (unlike most alphabet people, I refuse to say I was "born this way", but the influence of furries, including many who identify as Christian but who behave just like other furries while wearing cross necklaces, made me this way), my stint of acting like a neckbeard on Reddit, and my supposedly being a Nazi, feeling like God can't possibly love me anymore has been my biggest obstacle back to religion, even as I begrudgingly admit that Christian apologists have interesting points (but that's outside the purview of this channel).
Even from a neckbeard perspective, I admire the Christian ideas of repentance and forgiveness. An unwillingness to forgive certain kinds of bad behavior will only lead to a doubling down of that bad behavior, as the person doing it realizes he/she gains more respect from other bad people by being bad than from the good people he/she wanted to win over, but no longer can.
It is better for society that repentant people who do minor bad things be allowed to build their reputations back by doing good things that for them to be permanent pariahs. So I really admire the "forgiveness" thing that Christianity promotes.
I believe that if you approach God with an open heart and are willing to do what He asks you to do, He will forgive you.
I have not much to contribute, honestly.
Yeah i never really understood the whole "no forgiveness" thing that exists in some places, it doesn't seem like something that would work out for humanity or something that God would want
Oh, I found one thing yesterday that relates!
Atheist christianism is a thing.
And I'm honestly interested.
how? lol, it seems kinda against itself
People that follow christian teachings as their own thing.
