Glorification of God the Father, His Son Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. And loving everyone, even your worst enemies, as God loves us.
can a weapon be blessed by a priest
WHEW! Any Christians on here: Y'all read Psalm 64-
So one, Christ was sinless, so there was no way he had any sense of lust for women or even men for that matter.
Second, He created the human body! To suggest he has preference for one body part over another is not only absurd but blasphemous itself! He loves all body parts of the human body because He loves what He creates.
Also, I'm not Catholic and even I find this question kinda stupid.
I'm a lutheran, but sometimes I wonder. God is all knowning, he could foresee that adam and eve would fall into sin, is that what he wanted, if so, why?
What does it mean to be Lutheran?
It is a chirstan denomination
He didn’t want that, but He also doesn’t want mindless drones.
That’s why we have free will. He doesn’t force us to love or obey Him, He wants us to freely choose to do it
But God openly hates sin, but he knew it would happen
He wanted us to fall into sin to exersise free will?
I suppose that's an acceptable answer
I know that it’s a demonination, but how is Lutheran different from other denominations?
He didn’t want us to fall into sin. But God won’t force them to not sin. That would take away free will
Fair enough
It’s like current laws; technically you could go and shoot your neighbor, but you shouldn’t
That would be bad
Other denominations don't have satirical YouTube channels. https://lutheransatire.org/

I will give you the same answer Doctor Strange gave to Tony Stark: There was no other way.
To maximize the best outcome in an infinite branch of possibilities, the best outcome is that He allows evil, but He allows evil because He allows the freedom to accept or reject Him. The entire point of the Gospel is that we learn to love God and be loved by God and that requires agency, and a choice of genuine authenticity. Also, the classic answer to your question is literally found reading Romans Chapter 9.
I'd like to apologize for my post from 3 days ago implying that all Christian furries are unrepentant homosexuals. There are actually *two* types of Christian furries.
Ok probably no one is- but is ANYONE HERE a believer in the New Covenant (not new testament)? So kinda like a messianic Christian but not a nut? 😆 Ok to be clearer: is there anyone here that believes that the Old testament still counts, that there is grace and truth, and that the "law" (which means instructions) is put in place by God because he loves us? And that Jesus/Yeshua died not to replace the law but fulfil it?
So you mean Messianic Jewish believers?
Messianic Jews are literally Christian Jews.
You know, like Paul and Peter.
And the 12 apostles.
yes-
but no-
No they are not- lemme explain what I mean real quick please
I mean I'm not Jewish descent but there are Messianic Jews out there. Not sure if in this Discord but many Christians do think that the Old Testament is relevant, at least on the universals like do not murder nor steal.
but also yes they are (haha). "christian jews" usually believe that the Torah is done away with and that you can eat whatever you want because only certain things in the old testament apply.
messianic means they still believe all of that
the WHOLE Bible. Yes- the things for the priest's don't count anymore, but that is because Jesus came and was the ultimate priest. We come to Him for forgiveness now, instead of making an sacrifice. Yes- we are not in Israel so we cannot do somethings...
Uh, no. The ceremonial laws are not binding and Messianic Jews know this. They, like all Christians, are bound by the New Covenant prophesized on Jeremiah 31.
anyway I didn't come here to argue. I was merely wondering if anyone else believed like that- 🙂
Well idk.
Oh well! It's alright. It's enough to know that other people on here believe that Jesus is the Messiah. 🤗
Yeeeeaahh.. Imma disagree with that furry. There's a huge difference between a Christian struggling and wanting to avoid homosexuality and one that is openly practicing it. The latter is not really consistently Christian nor is properly one. The former is basically the Christian lifestyle: struggling and fighting their sin nature.
