Are you sure you know God as your savoir? (Not trying to sound mean). But it really seems you are struggling with your faith right now.
I used to be sure, but now, knowing the things I do now, I'm just confused.
Knowing what things?
That a lot of the time when people get nasty about Muslims, it's because of how they perceive what Muslims are.
Muslims stand for a lot of the same things Christians do, and even stem from the same religion. Judaism.
No, read the Qur'an when you get the chance. It is not the same things christians stand for
I said a lot of the same things
And I am learning Arabic currently so I can
I have read the Qur'an
There is english translated ones
I want to read it in its raw form, to see if I believe it.
I will compare it to the translated ones, too.
(though that is blasphemy to them)
But, have you seen the flip side of what you are saying? Where muslims who believe nthe Qur'an come to know Christ Jesus?
I mean, even our Bible is messed up because it is not in its original form.
The Hebrew version says "thou shall not murder" not "thou shall not kill"
Jesus isn't the Son of God to them
They believe Jesus is not yet the Messiah, but that he will be.
No...
yes
I've talked to several Muslims
Then they are talking revelation stuff
They all say similar things
"The Quran is thought by Muslims to be not simply divinely inspired, but the literal word of God. Muhammad did not write it as he did not know how to write. According to tradition, several of Muhammad's companions served as scribes, recording the revelations."
Okay
Muhammad also says "we" when referring to him and God
Either way, I don't agree with the Qur'an after reading it.
Idk if you can be certain of that as you haven't read the original Qur'an.
I'll read it for myself and will decide from there-
It is not a peaceful religion
It actually really is-
But one of their rules is to follow the law of the land-
It doesn't hold the same standards that Jesus, our savior, taught
Dude
Wait until you read it
Just make sure you firmly know where you stand with Jesus before you do
Because clearly, you are doubting Jesus as the only way to God
This is part of what turns people away from Christianity.
The fact that people question yet get questioned for questioning
Its good for people to question because it means they care.
There is also a difference between saying truth and non truth
But there are ways to spread truth without turning people away
Either Jesus was always the messiah or he wasn't
He either died on the cross for our sins or faked it
No there isn't
