😂
It’s basically a pancake made with ricotta, it was amazing!
And yes, it’s sweet and tastes like a reg pancake just creamier on the inside
Mom made a dozen and a half cookies, but forgot the flour
How??
It's a good ice cream topper tho
She thought it wasn't in the recipe (spoiler alert, it was)
I got tritip marinating, got scalloped potatoes ready, and corn on the cob.
Gonna merica' it up Tonight
Finally got to cooking that chili that i had been talking about
Made steak and eggs for breakfast
😁
Didn't even get me any...
I made blonde brownies
☝️
I want some chili
picture kind of sucks, first time ever cooking porkchops
came out so perfectly
my father made pork chops every now and then, and these somehow kicked the ass of whatever he was making. they were so good I ate everything.
How did you cook it? Pork chops don't have the most fat so they can get dried out when cooking if not careful.
Then you've got jerky <:KEK:726877368601411624>
@Wardog dang that looks good enough to make a vegan wanna eat some pork! 🤤
yessss thank you
@Stargatemaster96 after looking online I saw that, so I seared them on a high heat at first, then turned the heat way down and cooking them for a much longer time on a low heat. searing them to trap the moisture inside
pan fried them by the way. just got my special pan and cooked em on the stove in a lot of butter
Hard to go wrong with butter. What's your special pan? I have a nice tri-clad I use for most things but for meat I prefer tried and true cast iron.
20 dollar pan I got from Winn Dixie
lol
Hey, we all have to start somewhere. I have a few nice pans I treated myself with when starting graduate school and moving into my first apartment but most of my pans are hand-me-downs or gifts.
If you want a pan you can cook but also move to the oven, Lodge cast iron skillets are cheap ~$20-30 and will last multiple lifetimes if taken care of.
They are also american made.
yeah the issue is the stove in my house is glass top, so I cant use cast iron skillets. at least thats what ive been told.
and I really dont like cooking, but sometimes there isnt anything in the fridge to eat besides things that have to be cooked, or my tastebuds really want me to exert some effort
