I made crepes filled with berries, homemade blueberry ice cream, orange and caramel

Just need to work on my plating and presentation skills xD

now i am hungry and jealous

and now I wanna make crepes

How hard was it to make the crepe? I've heard it's not the easiest to do right.

the first one of every batch is impossible, but after that, with enough butter, decently easy

Hm not that hard but I don't have a crepe device so it's thinner than a European pancake but thicker than a professional crepe

Home made ice cream is great, got one of those old school bucket churners?

I bought an ice cream machine last week and wanted to try it out

The ice was great

Doesn't taste artificial at all

And lots of blueberry flavor

My dad made a nice peach ice cream before that was one of the best I’ve ever had

Yeah I probably won't buy ice again and just make it on my own

It's easy and tasty

I had to churn the old bucket, it wasn’t that easy 😆

But with the right tools I’m sure it is

The batter of the crepe/pancake hybrid is milk, molten butter,flour, sugar, one egg, one egg yolk and vanilla

Was a good way to spend some energy as a kid and I’d say it was worth it

I just need the freeze the container overnight and plug it in. Rest is magic xD

Fiance made chili oil out of ghost pepper. I can only handle a few drops of that on my meal

I can usually take spicy food, but that hurt. I had to crawl to the kitchen with hot saliva collecting in my throat and my eyes watering

Never tried ghost pepper but really want to. The hottest pepper I have had was a overgrown red jalepeno. It was about six inches long and was bright red. It had set out on the vine for a week longer than it should. 🔥

Actually forgot I had a Hungarian wax-pepper, while thinking it was going to be a banana pepper. Nearly died.

ha, nice Astrovious! I ate two of those chips on a dare once, and that was enough. xD Everyone at my lunch table tried one too, but this one kid took everything left in the bag and slowly ate his way through it. He finished just before English started and was tearing up most of the period! xD

Oh yeah, they suck, but I'd imagine eating them at a lunch table would be easier, people could cheer you through it
