Steak came out good, the problem was...the steak was larger than the pan so it cooked unevenly 😂
So that's the very tip, it came out well done. The middle was medium-well and the other end was medium

Yeah lettuce has almost no flavor or nutritional value I always use Spinach in place of lettuce. 👍🏻

I ate a bison burger awhile back and I didn't notice much different from beef
we're having that today. I'm kicking myself in the butt for not buying more packs. They were 50% yesterday
Between the two steaks, and I bought two wireless thermometers to cook them at the same temperature of about 157 degrees. So a smidge pink
