Yes. I braided spicy beef sticks together.
Prettiest beef sticks in te world
I marinated a Roast for 48 hours.
Then I add 1/4 cup olive oil.
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 Tbls. Minced garlic
And I seasoned every side of the Roast with this stuff which I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Yes I buy in BULK for All the right reasons... this is a Great product and I live in FREAKING ALSAKA!
These seasonings arenโt all I use but they have never let me down.
Fill it in with Potatoes and Carrots...and to the Right is 2 cups of Beef Broth ...fill it up and into the oven
I am going to cook it at 300 deg. For 45 minutes.
Then I roll the Roast over and turn the pan 180 to insure even cooking.
Iโm going to let it go for another 45 minutes at 300 and check it with a thermometer.
A few more pictures later ๐๐ป
I ended up cooking it at 300 for an additional 40 minutes to get the desired internal temperature to 140-150.
So total cook time was.
About 2 hours 10 minutes.
Separate the Roast and veggies
Let the Roast cool down while I make Gravy with the Drippings
I stuffed the Roast with minced garlic and chopped onions I forgot to show that step.
