I think the second one looks prettiest

2020-12-17 18:32:52 UTC

I’m trying to imagine the taste and I feel like the second wouldn’t be the best. Although it does certainly look nice.

2020-12-17 18:34:50 UTC

Hm yeah it's basically cheese on a bread cracker from the look of it so rather simplistic but the look does score

2020-12-17 18:36:25 UTC

True.

2020-12-17 19:47:38 UTC

for me,
1. Chicken
2. Cream Puff
3. Danish Knaebrod thing.

2020-12-17 19:47:42 UTC

I love chicken

2020-12-17 19:47:49 UTC

and that chicken looks really good

2020-12-17 19:48:59 UTC

the Knaebrod thing is very nice looking, but the greenish mint looking stuff isnt something I would probably like, so despite it looking really good im letting my tastebuds guide me on this

2020-12-17 19:58:03 UTC

i concluded the competition with 1. cream puff, 2. chicken 3. danish knaekbrod thing

2020-12-17 19:59:03 UTC

lol

2020-12-17 22:23:02 UTC

I think the green stuff is herby cheese

2020-12-17 22:31:10 UTC

Yeah I looked it up and it's basically just a cracker

2020-12-17 22:31:30 UTC

So the green is most likely cheese

2020-12-18 00:20:51 UTC

Same sandwich as yesterday, but a more expensive bun and double stacked the patties

2020-12-18 00:21:02 UTC

I should've cut the sandwich in half. everytime I bit it, it kept sliding away πŸ˜‚

2020-12-18 02:11:07 UTC

the cheese lol

I marinated a Roast for 48 hours.
Then I add 1/4 cup olive oil.
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 Tbls. Minced garlic
And I seasoned every side of the Roast with this stuff which I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

2020-12-18 23:06:32 UTC

I am going to cook it at 300 deg. For 45 minutes.

2020-12-18 23:09:32 UTC

Then I roll the Roast over and turn the pan 180 to insure even cooking.
I’m going to let it go for another 45 minutes at 300 and check it with a thermometer.
A few more pictures later πŸ‘πŸ»

2020-12-19 01:26:42 UTC

I ended up cooking it at 300 for an additional 40 minutes to get the desired internal temperature to 140-150.
So total cook time was.
About 2 hours 10 minutes.
