Me neither, but at all the trump gatherings I see his signs too, and he’s still running ads making me believe he’s going to get a decent amount of write ins

2020-10-28 23:20:02 UTC

Thus dividing the conservative vote

2020-10-28 23:20:28 UTC

And O’Connor’s going to need every damn vote to even have a tiny chance

2020-10-28 23:21:27 UTC

He probably will get a lot of write ins, but I don't think it's too likely that we get a Republican senator any time soon anyway so O'Connor is fighting a losing battle. Most people that listen to the leftist crap in this state can hardly even stand our "republican" governor

2020-10-28 23:21:44 UTC

Facts

2020-10-28 23:21:54 UTC

We were lucky we got Scott brown for a little bit...

2020-10-28 23:22:22 UTC

I was too young to know much about that stuff then though

2020-10-28 23:22:52 UTC

I didn’t become interested in politics until the 2016 election (back when I was a leftist and wanted Hillary, and cried when she lost)

2020-10-28 23:23:04 UTC

Oh how times change 😂

2020-10-28 23:24:15 UTC

I’ve got a republican state representative atleast that’s something

2020-10-28 23:24:26 UTC

lol i will say that i wasnt too interested in politics back in 2016 and I just kind of sat back and laughed at a bunch of my friends that wanted hillary to win cause it was such an upset. But now i moved into a more conservative area (plymouth county) and the way they do the districts in this damn state means that we cant even have as much as a republican representative

2020-10-28 23:24:33 UTC

cause they count us in with south boston

2020-10-28 23:24:53 UTC

even though my town and the ones neighboring are like a 70% red voting area

2020-10-28 23:25:18 UTC

Facts, my state senate includes needham/Brookline to outweigh our more centrist votes

2020-10-28 23:26:00 UTC

And my US rep district goes from Brookline to rehoboth

2020-10-28 23:26:03 UTC

So stupid

2020-10-28 23:26:32 UTC

thats how they play games with house seats

2020-10-28 23:26:51 UTC

I have a friend who lives in central MA and it’s a mostly conservative area, but then they add Worcester to her district which is why she’s represented by a democrat...

2020-10-28 23:27:21 UTC

and people say gerrymandering helps republicans

2020-10-28 23:27:25 UTC

I remember when I used to watch John Oliver and he said republicans were the only ones who gerrymandered

2020-10-28 23:27:25 UTC

yeahhhh

2020-10-28 23:28:01 UTC

lmao cant be gerrymandering if the left is doing it, its just what makes sense

2020-10-28 23:28:30 UTC

A 3 year old can draw nicer shapes than this:

2020-10-28 23:29:54 UTC

Yeah this really makes sense

2020-10-28 23:29:59 UTC

If you think that's bad... look at Maryland's congressional districts.

2020-10-28 23:30:16 UTC

Oh i know i used to live in gaithersburg

2020-10-28 23:30:40 UTC

any blue state you can go in and see the insanity of the districts

@Toilet Hugger yes. It's still stupid considering the social structure in the show

2020-10-29 04:53:03 UTC

"fake right wing universities"

2020-10-29 09:58:14 UTC

I don't like everything PragerU is creating but in general they provide good and interesting stuff

2020-10-29 10:02:11 UTC

PragerU sometimes has a clear right-wing bias, but I think that is the idea of the channel. Neither bias is a good bias.

2020-10-29 10:02:38 UTC

Neither the left or the right biases are good.

2020-10-29 10:03:02 UTC

Depends really on the idea of biases.

2020-10-29 10:03:17 UTC

Well, true.

2020-10-29 10:04:14 UTC

If one side is a little tipping over the extreme side, is it a good idea to stay in the middle?

2020-10-29 10:04:33 UTC

Totally.

2020-10-29 10:05:25 UTC

My argument is.. it's best to be a person of common sense and understanding, not a person who is in the direct middle of the two poltical sides.
