canada has 'free healthcare' system...but ppl are on a waiting list a few thousand miles long to get life saving treatment...they found out it's more effective to have a private doctor to get instant treatment
well i'm not rich enough to get real health care..considering the family doctor was questionable(asshole prescribed something to me that if i refused it, my parents threatened to disown me)
