He was given the vaccine while his white blood cell count was 0(recovering from Blood cancer, and just got Covid)

They gave him the fucking vaccine while he *had* Covid, and he had no white blood cells to train to fight the virus-

Why would we give somebody a vaccine for a disease they _currently have?_ That's not how I was told vaccines work. I last heard they have to be given in advance, _before_ the "virus" is "caught".
