The comments section of every video that covers the exodus of a blue city/state are people claiming that those moving in are voting for the same policies that turned their home state into what it is. I have yet to actually see evidence of these claims.
@Variss Please keep videos, links, etc. to the appropriate channel. That being said, I think it is an interesting video. For example, there are a lot of people that leave California and go to Texas. We have yet to see the policy's enacted. I'd look at Austin, where Texas has gone somewhat Blue.
As long as they leave their liberal ass ideas in California with them.
@Froski - former Californian here. Worked and lived in Austin before (temporarily) I made the permanent move out of California to Dallas area a few years ago. Austin has been blue for a very long time, it’s the seat of the state government and university of Texas is there. It’s proud of its hippy type culture. While there are people voting the same way as they did in California, I know of many that have changed. I never voted for all the crap in California, so I didn’t change, but I’ve been a conservative since college
Okay. And I actually looked into the politics of Austin after I said that, since my knowledge is from conservative YouTubers discussing it, such as Crowder who does his Change my Mind series there. I just think it is funny seeing businesses leave CA for TX because of better taxes, and their employees move there and try and implement CA policies.
There are some sure, but that generalization is not accurate. There are many conservatives in California, they are just overshadowed by the big cities. It’s an argument for electoral colleges in big states like California and Texas.
California is a lost cause though, in ‘18 they authorized ballot harvesting. It caused long time house seats to flip blue. (See ca-45 and Ca-48, both were leading the results until magically thousands of absentee ballots showed up)
I see. I think I have seen some of that. I just tend to avoid California in general, which I think is understandable.
Yosemite, sequoia national park, and Laguna beach crescent bay park are three of my favorite places in the world. Outside of visiting family and friends or those places, I’m done with it
I used to dream of being a game show contestant, but now you couldn’t pay me to visit Commiefornia.
Lol
Can't say blame you
^
California's gets so much hate lol. Love being a Californian.
Bruh
my condolences for your personal freedoms
I used to live in Cali. Then I had an affair with an AK. Ended up moving out to Missouri.
What did you do to the AK?
He enjoyed it more than his wife
Lol
lmfao
I hear lots of forests in Missouri... @Ironman 7th state by the acrealage.
Its gorgeous out here. Lots of wildlife, Republicans, and good food.
and racoons...
I have a pet racoon running around somewhere. Havent seen him in over a week. Must have a girlfriend.
The snapper is down by the pond
He's pretty chill too
You have your own pond?
Everyone out here does. Everyone raises fish, chickens, etc. Tons of food
What type of fish do you keep?
The pond turned over late last year and killed everything. Havent restocked this year. Might just go catch a couple catfish and throw them in there or wait for the eagles to stock it for me.
Aren't catfish predators? They'll need to munch on someone. Also are they edible?
Gollum ate them
That's not reassuring, Luckay.
There is a dish made of it in red dead redemption 2😝
Had to go google that Red Dead Redemption... Thought it was a film, but it's a game.
