Left to their own devices, humans will naturally compete for resources and eventually come up with the most efficient system of working together, thus creating a social hierarchy. That is why, ironically, you need a strong centralized government from keeping that from happening. And we all know what happens with strong centralized governments in socialist regimes.

That economy was so demanding and unsustainable, that being at war was simply more desirable than being at peace, since war is a great business. That's what saved them from collapsing earlier.

We may see a couple little changes in regards to the 2nd amendment, but other then that, I think the conservative base of california has either left, or stopped trying
