So I've been procrastinating heavily.
Oh man. Well definitely good luck with that!
I feel that. Hardcore.
I should be at home working on a video, but I’m at my mama’s doing....nothing of note whatsoever.
Pretty much what I'm doing.
And on that, I need to move my butt. Back later!
✌🏻
I just voted Trump 2020
Yeah!!!!
Nice
First time voter too
Same
Actually, I did vote a year ago for governor but this is the first presidential I’ve done
Yeah same, i voted for midterm but this my first presidential
Nice!!! Thank you for voting!
why human life? what makes it sacred? We kill brain dead people, criminals, political enemies
I don’t distinguish between human or animal, only the reasoning or rationale behind taking the life.
If there was say an alien species on the same evolutionary level as humans, would it be oky for them to have abortions seeingas they're not human?
Life isn't sacred, we kill life all the time, bacteria, plants, animals. So just because a foetus or such is "alive" doesn't necessarily grant it a right to life
I don’t see how an entirely different race of sentient beings with their own history, societal progressions, biology, etc. would seek the opinion of humanity on that.
If you can see a creature of any kind as just a clump, good for you. I don’t and never will.
It is a thought experiment, if the fact something is human gives it the right to life, then logically follows a sentient separate species could be killed all the want, even if we could hold conversations with them
I value life and it’s purpose. But death is not always nefarious. It’s a perfectly natural thing.
natural simply means it exists, given that supernatural is unproven. Logical fallacy appeal to nature
I don’t know who you’re having a conversation with but I don’t think it’s me.
The conversation on abortion was relegated to this chat
I literally said above that I don’t distinguish between human or otherwise. Life is life.
Oh, ok.
> Life isn't sacred, we kill life all the time, bacteria, plants, animals. So just because a foetus or such is "alive" doesn't necessarily grant it a right to life
@Sengorn Leopardae It’s human.. so can I kill you, because life isn’t of value? NO! It’s immoral, a human is different than bacteria, a plant, an animal..
@SheWhoMustNotBeNamed I was a part of the conversation, but I am back to work now. You can jump in now.
Trying to nail down the exact logical argument behind exactly when abortion is valid or invalid
why is human different?
prove it, not declare it
I just wanted to make sure I hadn’t accidentally responded in lieu of someone else. 🤣
For me, conception is life.
It is life, but why does it have a right to remain alive?
we kill life all the time, bacteria are life
My body my choice ends when I choose to have sex and risk pregnancy. Should it result, it’s my “burden” to bare.
So are you saying that I should be able to kill you without repercussions
why should you not be able to?
