Hello. 🙂
ya know blacks aren't suppressed anymore now that orange man is out
Wait till they find out president elect scratch and sniff isn't really president elect.
Wait until they find out that he’s really really racist and supported segregation
But at least he isn’t Orange
They will still complain that they are oppressed

🥰 hi🥰
*spreads more heart*
yes ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ 🥰
@djream Do you know the case of Timothy Joseph Boomer vs. The State of Michigan?
and I'm a Michiganite. I'm about to get schooled, ain't I? 😜
So for the Background, there was a law written in the state of Michigan where you can be arrested for Swearing, or using profanity infront of Women and children.
Joseph Boomer was arrested as he cursed from falling into the water while kayaking with a party nearby
and in my home town, still on the books, a woman for wearing a skirt that's higher than her ankle
He was arrested instantly
Now what seems wrong with this?
You must grant me that I believe that we need a new revolution to negate most off the laws that has been signed in since the original signing. Our original Constitution was what, 10 pages? Now the laws that govern our lands about is in the millions. It's much too complicated
The law you refer to seems to be in conflict with our First Amendment, and thus, null and void
Well, actually it was appealed based on the 14th Amendement. But let's bring this back to the moral side of the Argument.
Morally, you would agree that swearing in general is bad thing to do correct?
Morally, yes, it's not a good thing. But, it is protected by the 1st
We can agree that morally it is wrong. Now let me bring you to another case.
go on
Snyder V. Phelps
Heard of that one?
not that I am aware of, no
This one is a more extreme case of the 1st Amendment.
Basically, back in the Iraq war, a family held a funeral for a fallen son of theirs.
But outside there was a protest.
my interest is piqued
