For the writing, try doing something like a prompt generator, and write 100-1000 words based on one sentence, to get creative juices flowing
That helps me when I work on my art at least :)
You can even use the same characters or settings for the prompt and then work on tying them together after
fair, fair. my problem is i can't keep up a good constant schedule, so it's a stretch of maybe 3-4 days of writing and then i stop 😂

Maybe set a timer for like writing time or sth? From say 3-4pm you’ll sit down and write something no matter how much or how little, just to write something every day
That’s what I did for my art, I sat down and I did at least one thing no matter how small each day until it was a habit
