It will be a place to see the facts of well known republicans (hopefully we can get their attention) as well as a place to discuss. i will check out that section 230 thanks for the advice

My mom didn’t allowed me to play video games til I was 12

The issue with terms of service is that you can sign up with a site.. and 6 months down the road it can update its terms of service and force you to take those changes before you use the service again which would put the chat back into the crosshairs. Which is why the best approach is to contact a web designer or build your own where you can have your own terms of service under your control and not be held liable or responsible for any third party
