The issue with terms of service is that you can sign up with a site.. and 6 months down the road it can update its terms of service and force you to take those changes before you use the service again which would put the chat back into the crosshairs. Which is why the best approach is to contact a web designer or build your own where you can have your own terms of service under your control and not be held liable or responsible for any third party

I got my first console, a Nintendo 64, when I was real little and my sister broke my leg.
Long story short, me and like 20 kids were on a giant trampoline, and this big kid wanted to jump from a playhouse onto the trampoline.
