Sure cardio has several benefits in general...
But you can adapt your sleep schedule just on its own, I. E.
Set a time when you want to go to sleep
30 min before that turn off all your electronic devices and try meditation or whatever
And try to move like 20 min every to your desired sleeping time
(also, it's is strongly dependent on age,
I was quite noctural in my early 20s, too
And men are in general more noctural when they're young )

i dont go often at all, is that like the norm now or something

Unfortunately people is getting ruder and ruder. They don’t care about the world around them and exploit, consume and destroy as much as they can. Now I prefer watching movies in streaming. Also seeing how spectators leave their wastes (empty popcorn packages, empty cans of coke) on the seats is just a confirmation that people are just beasts with the gift of speaking.

and it seems many failures come from broken caps or mosfets ...
the problem is then, this usually kills some other components in a chain reaction

the main problem I see is, that people who would be smart enough to fix this stuff are usually overeducated and don't want to do this measly manual work
