I was searching for other MGTOW videos. There’s tons of it on yt. But he seems wiser and more pragmatic than many of them. He resonates with me and with my character more.

But meditation is very beneficial to me.

My karate master is also a zen practitioner. I never participated to the zen session, but I have implemented some of his routines into my meditation.

I quitter karate last year, but still train on my own. Not

Just a few katas, but I focus more on attack and defense drills

Because I didn’t like the bunkais we practiced. Not very practical. I like to be effective and efficient.

I don’t use blocks as blocks.

I try to apply katas as realistically as possible.

I base it on Iain Abernathy and Masaji Taira styles.

A bunkai is the application of a kata movement.

I am also a fan of MMA and UFC. I like the karate of Lyoto Machida and Steven Thompson there.

I like boxing too. But MMA is my favorite among the two.

She accepted all my avances giving me positive signals, she let me kiss her and made me think that there would have been intimacy between us. We dated for a year. If I asked her whether she was seeing someone else, she would tell me she didn’t. She acted gelous when I saw other girls.
