@JoeMama yes. I am starting to wear mine less when I’m outside and away from people because it’s pointless at that point.

2020-10-28 16:13:04 UTC

Doesn’t matter really

2020-10-28 16:13:11 UTC

It’s a little tough on a college campus, but I can manage.

2020-10-28 16:13:14 UTC

You just have to get it in front of the Supreme Court

2020-10-28 16:13:28 UTC

everyone got their blaze orange ready for hunting season?

2020-10-28 16:13:45 UTC

After further consideration

2020-10-28 16:13:45 UTC

I’ve never been hunting and I don’t think it would be comfortable

2020-10-28 16:13:51 UTC

I'm voting for trump

2020-10-28 16:13:59 UTC

i want trump to win

2020-10-28 16:14:16 UTC

I want Trump, but after that, I want more political parties.

2020-10-28 16:14:21 UTC

2020-10-28 16:14:23 UTC

> but I do think that since republicans took the last four years to appoint a ton of judges and since there are 5 republican judges on the supreme court it might work to sue
@minecraftgamer420 even if the dems has a majority the court would probably bat down the attempt

2020-10-28 16:14:33 UTC

People should be able to have more than two choices.

2020-10-28 16:14:38 UTC

The court doesn’t have to be strictly political

2020-10-28 16:14:38 UTC

Joe already hit the road when they left the White house

2020-10-28 16:14:40 UTC

Lol

2020-10-28 16:14:55 UTC

Allowing the court to be packed effectively breaks the court

2020-10-28 16:14:59 UTC

remove politics lets just purge

2020-10-28 16:14:59 UTC

i wouldn't mind more parties

2020-10-28 16:15:14 UTC

Dems on the court probably wouldn’t want it

2020-10-28 16:15:29 UTC

I mean parties that actually have a say, like libertarian, green, and constitutional parties.

2020-10-28 16:15:47 UTC

Yall see the Armed millitia for pro 2nd amendment people

2020-10-28 16:15:53 UTC

It doesn’t really matter about constitutionality

2020-10-28 16:15:55 UTC

I just want term limits. 10 years of service maximum, and if you hit your 10 years in the middle of your final term your district/area gets an early election.

2020-10-28 16:16:08 UTC

The Court won’t allow itself to be packed

2020-10-28 16:16:10 UTC

Also remove the pay for being a politician.

2020-10-28 16:16:12 UTC

I'm just saying, Trump should propose that the GOP adds seats to SCOTUS just so they can see the hypocrisy even more clearly.

2020-10-28 16:16:34 UTC

Because it only has to be nebulous enough to have a lawsuit

2020-10-28 16:16:44 UTC

The court won’t rule in a way to break its own power

2020-10-28 16:16:45 UTC

Yeah

2020-10-28 16:16:48 UTC

yes

2020-10-28 16:17:09 UTC

But the court would have to confront the possibility of a republican president also packing the court

2020-10-28 16:17:31 UTC

They gave themselves the power in the same way they’ll take the ability to pack the court

2020-10-28 16:17:38 UTC

Ruling in their own interests

2020-10-28 16:17:49 UTC

packing the court, i dont think thats unconstitutinal. the problem is the dems cant just get presidency and then add 5 liberal judges. it can't work like that

2020-10-28 16:17:54 UTC

Anyway

2020-10-28 16:18:05 UTC

This isn’t the first time this nation has had this debate

2020-10-28 16:18:13 UTC

I actually prefer a two party system over the parliamentary system that they have here in Europe because a parliamentary system allows **actual nazi and actual communist parties** to have influence in politics. One of the strongest parties in Germany is the Linke which is an actual communist party with Marxist principles.

2020-10-28 16:18:14 UTC

FDR tried to do the same thing

2020-10-28 16:18:18 UTC

Texas is tilt D

2020-10-28 16:18:47 UTC

> packing the court, i dont think thats unconstitutinal. the problem is the dems cant just get presidency and then add 5 liberal judges. it can't work like that
@Kaladin they would have to amend the constitution to make it happen. Passing a law saying "increase the number of seats" isn't how it is going to work. They would have to have the people vote on it, and I think the average American would say NO
