hard to get quality glass at that price.
remember:
number in front = zoom
number at back = objective lens size.
larger objective lens = bigger sight picture
anything above 10X zoom is going to be too much for you to stabilize by hand.

you want too look for "HD" binoculars on Aliexpress.
These have higher quality glass and have a coating on them which makes the picture brighter.
optional: look for binoculars that have been filled with nitrogen they are marketed as "fogproof", so they don't fog up inside
Also buy a fixed zoom pair of binoculars, currently 10X42 binoculars are very popular size in the hunting world, for a good balance of zoom and sight picture.
the multizoom binoculars are a gimick, ie 10-22X42 you may get upto 22 times zoom, but the sight picture is very narrow so small movement can shiftt your focus away from your target, and there is no way to stabilize that zoom level by hand
