moneys get most likely returned by aliexpress after fighting over them, company gets "banned" (does nothing) , things get more expensive in ali as ali needs to start getting that money somewhere what they lose to those sellers, etc etc etc
It's an easy scam assuming a large portion of orders will never refund. Obviously the store is selling nothing real and thus is just a basement operation. But if it were really that easy, aliexpress would be filled with these "stores". Ali knows that ain't gonna fly if they want to stay top dog, so my guess is that they use their government ties to come down hard on the people running these scams.
