Imagine if a person beheads 3 people and kidnaps 3 kids and forces them to wear the heads, (I know I’m exaggerating but I just wanna provide an example) then I believe that they should be executed. Quickly so it is not evil, and then they won’t suffer and they won’t be a risk to society
