1.5k a day is a bit low if you're 90kg and a manlet
sounds like you crash out of it a lot too
just eat 300 below your maintenance and don't kill yourself, it'll last longer

i dont know about this TDEE calculation it says i need to eat 2.7+ to mantain weight
you're constantly in and out of dieting and I assume when you're not dieting you binge eat
since fatties swing from binging to starving themselves, never an inbetween
it worked before when i wen i started going 1.5k
