Education should be about experiential hands on learning, it should be training people for jobs. The system is about sitting down all day, testing and homework. People don’t learn that way

Also not everyone should go to college. Trade schools and community are way better options for 80% of people

But I'm guessing they teach space-time so that people know rockets don't fly straight to the moon or another planet and have to engage in orbital mechanics.

School needs to let us decide what we're interested in, not force us to learn things that we never use in the fields we choose

electives for me is shit like art and language.

Nobody will know how to file taxes but who cares

My grandpa was a general in the air force so my father went to a military university or somth like that

I can't remeber shit about math

got my license the first week i was 16

my school still does driving tests

but I remeber almost all of my elective Zoology

Shame we don't have none of those where I live
