i failed algebra II in highschool im poretty sure
that is the slope formula
so Tervy it would be -3-5 over 2-(-4)?
ye
oh okay and that just fionds me what? k?
that gives you partial answer what you use to calculate C
and with together you get the calculation Y=K*X+C
and yes you get the K with that delta Y / delta X
was i supposed to solve the y2-y1 ove x2-x1?
cuz i did
and got -8/6
or -1 1/3
-1.3333333
easier if you dont transfer it to decimals
you are supposed to get -8/6 afaik
ok
ofc common factor 2 makes it -4/3
ok
swo now where do i go from here
then its justthen its just y=-4/3*X-C and we take your first numbers aka 5=-4/3*(-4)+C
what is c exactly
like what is that variable for
its part of the line equation
i dont remenevbr ever learning that ugh
i think in english language the linear function uses Y=M*X+K
basically how far your line is moved from the centre
c means slope?
where as i use C instead of K
cuz m is slope
wait which C
i dont remmeber using c or k for anythiong
aka what we first calculated was M
and now you need to solve K (aka C in my example)
oh so the slope of the line is -4/3?
yes
oh oh oh
i got it now
i was confused
yeah my bad... i tend to forget that regional variations exist
okay so then we know what the slope of the line is just gotta get the line and write an equation for it basically
