thats good attitude sure but problem remains they are under same regulations

VPN is primarily used to prevent ISPs from datasniffing

(and mitm attacks on industry side but thats aimed for customers not corporations)

so yeah .. 50-50

if law can command them to wiretap you same law does apply to _all their data_ about you
