hot-plugging a monitor works very weirdly

and uh, for some after boot, my vertical hdmi monitor displays fucking white noise

and it suddenly stops

and works properly

sometimes it's a pain cuz the login screen is displayed on that monitor as if it were a horizontal monitor (or it doesn't matter, white noise anyway)

I use 3 monitors and its far better than winblows
