So sear your steak, and then preheat the oven. Slice sprouts in half and lay them inside-up. Arrange them on a baking pan (on foil for easy cleaning) and place a metal rack over the top of the baking pan. Finish baking the steak over the sprouts. The fats will drip onto them making the sprouts not only edible, but amazing.
