only one of my VMs has a desktop environment installed so the rest i can have a smaller window for, four terminal emulators tiled per monitor on 1280x1024 monitors with a small font in the terminal works great for the rest

honestly though let's be real you don't do a 6 monitor setup because you need to, you do it because it makes your cunt moist
