plus if you look at the justice system in Japan and the conviction rate it is INSANE

murder rate has to do with the number of deaths not the number convicted of the crime

you can convict 10 people for the same murder... but it only brings up the murder rate by that 1 death

it seems like most places it's guilty until you can prove innocence and if you can't prove innocence well then fuck you

So the justice system is just broken there
