My comment was about self-interest not being a trait of psychopathy... Everyone is self-interested. Didn't claim that psychopaths aren't over-represented in Washington. It's practically a prerequisite for higher office. Now if you had said narcissistic psychopaths...
Yeah self-interest doesn't seem like an exclusive property in itself, unless it's measured in a particular way in relation to something else.
