Here's the thing. I'm okay with that vote. At least someone (or a few someones) are speaking up and saying-let these objections be heard. As Rob keeps saying-to be told just shut up-we don't care that you have concerns-don't even talk about it-is problematic. To even just have a few people IN POWER say we hear you-is helpful.

That's not exactly true... Investigations do not require court involvement. In fact, most criminal investigations occur before the cases are brought to court. The Trump Campaign (with $200m+ in a legal fund) and law enforcement agencies (100% of which endorsed Trump) have been free to investigate to their heart's content. It should be telling to everyone that there have not been any arrests of fraud - widespread or otherwise. Well, there have been 3 arrests that may have affected the election by 51 votes, but they were caught before they were counted.
I am too. It's people like that james guy who just wants to sweep everything under the conspiracy rug, and put on blinders to any claims of any issues at all. There are clearly issues - there has always been fraud in the election, especially since digital voting machines have been in place.

I agree, they shouldn't have any court involvement. I'm not even talking about the Trump issues. I'm talking about open transparent voting systems in general - watching this process, there should be better access to the underlying data and operations

I don't think the election was "stolen" here. I don't think there's a mass conspiracy. And I bet if you open up the process, systems, and data, you'd find that incompetence and operational inconsistencies are much more of an issue that intentional fraud. But these systems should be open to question and investigation, hands down.
