It's a bit of a mixed bag... The problem with asserting that the system is fraud riddled is that there should have been enough evidence for arrests to be made. The amount of logistics needed to pull off fraud would be staggering.

- I think GA has been exceedingly transparent.
- People got hung up on the PA issues, but I think that was adjudicated appropriately.
- I have some reservations about the way the MI conducts its elections, though. For example, out of balance precincts are excluded by law from audits (which is nuts).
- I understand people's issues with WI, but it should have been easy to find people that voted fraudulently IC. The absence of anyone being prosecuted for this is telling.
- NV was a case that was heard in court and the Trump campaign lost badly.

Also, it is interesting to note that historically, election issues rarely impacted the current elections. For decades, proof of massive voter suppression tactics in the south were brought to light with favorable court decisions, but they never overturned the current election. They always tried to fix issues for future ones.

this is true. R has gone over it on the stream, and as an attorney, the courts have almost all punted on this. A couple have looked at it on the merits, like AZ, and those cases I think Biden has clearly won. I liked how AZ handled it, even if it wasn't perfect. They were a lot more transparent.

Who's faith by the way. The extent of my knowledge about her is hearing Rob say "Ms faith (insert statement)"

2021-01-07 03:47:09 UTC

Lets see how long does it take for trunp to say Antifa stormed the Capitol building

2021-01-07 03:47:34 UTC

@Theresa find me one actual voter or election fraud case that was not looked into. All the cases that were said to be “not looking at the merits” were about legislative and constitutional technicalities. None were about actual fraud

It is very interesting. I'm a financial crime regulatory consultant, and I will tell you, MOST money laundering is extremely coordinated across major players. For organized crime syndicates to rig an election where every state has different processes, and none are accountable to a higher authority for auditing or quality control, would be child's play compared to what they are currently able to pull off.

But I don't think organized crime is involved in this, and I don't think democrats (or republicans) are organized well enough to pull it off, lol.

I agree @blueorbit There has always been fraud. No matter what we do, there will always be fraud. But if we keep putting the blinders on, it will continue to get worse. In the name of Covid election rules were put in place that we weren't prepared for. I'm actually not completely opposed to mail in voting-IF you have the time to do ti right. I live in PA. We didn't do it right. I will be asking my state legislators to repeal it. Maybe replace it, but I lean towards-let's just get rid of the whole thing.

I want a clear explanation of the systems that went offline in the questioned states, and why it took so long (weeks, in some cases) to count all the ballots. Maybe it's there and I haven't been able to muddle through the garbage that is mainstream media to find it.... but that's what would put my comfort levels at ease. Not just a statement, a full investigation by an impartial 3rd party.

2021-01-07 03:52:52 UTC

@Theresa i never said don’t investigate. That’s is inaccurate. I said don’t spread baseless conspiracies. People including Trump are free to investigate all he wants

2021-01-07 03:53:32 UTC

Its hard to even identify an impartial 3rd partly.

2021-01-07 03:53:42 UTC

I think the opposite might be true. This is the first election where the vast majority of voting systems had paper ballot backups. In the past, it was generally either or (paper or electronic). This way, we have checks and balances we have never had. (There are only a handful of states that have electronic only systems - the entire state of LA, parts of TX, TN, IN and a couple more IIRC). Coupled with the Risk Limiting Audit procedures and the vote count is about as accurate as it has ever been.

I am guessing that super accurate voting systems would be terrifying to those in power and wanting to hold onto it. What if the reason so many are willing to sow doubt into the election is just to undermine it. It's something I have put some thought into and I think it is at least as plausible as anything else - and way more plausible than widespread fraud that has yet to result in any arrests.

Trumps a polarizing dude.

2021-01-07 03:54:33 UTC

One of the biggest surprises to me was that Republicans didn't get on it and rig the ballots first... aren't Republicans supposed to be the shady white-collar-crime types? 😄 😄 😄

2021-01-07 03:54:44 UTC

So you know what real forensic audits are...

2021-01-07 03:54:51 UTC

and yet I dream...

2021-01-07 03:55:14 UTC

Car mechanics ain’t it @SoonMrWick

2021-01-07 03:55:31 UTC

Is this a play on 'and yet I smile'

2021-01-07 03:55:54 UTC

is it that obvious? I thought I was subtle..

2021-01-07 03:56:31 UTC

I was just blanking on where I remember it from. Walking dead right?

2021-01-07 03:56:35 UTC

I know enough to know there are many types of forensic audits and that I'm ignorant to many - hard paper trail / "kinisthetic" audits are not something I know much about, for example...

2021-01-07 03:56:47 UTC

Ezekiel!

@TaLoN132 Lindsey ghram is a true shape shifter and would have made a excellent discord troll if he had it when he was younger

2021-01-07 03:57:30 UTC

As smarmy as they come....

2021-01-07 03:57:47 UTC

2021-01-07 04:00:27 UTC

Hey, want to make a meme?

2021-01-07 04:00:46 UTC

There were 3 tweets that caused it, I think one was telling the protestors that he loved them before asking them to go home, and one was linking to a video where he was saying he would never stop fighting

2021-01-07 04:00:56 UTC

Use biden 2017, "there is no debate", "it is over" banging the gavel

2021-01-07 04:01:18 UTC

@Beth thanks. Saw that video he looked tired.

2021-01-07 04:01:26 UTC

I'm not a biden supporter, but I bet that would be useful right now.

2021-01-07 04:02:26 UTC

I would like to see one state do a new election just to see what the numbers would be.

2021-01-07 04:02:26 UTC

@osok, you just advanced to level 8!

2021-01-07 04:03:06 UTC

Wouldn't mean the same. Can't manufacture authenticity.

2021-01-07 04:03:18 UTC

@osok it would be more Biden votes.
