@Churchill shall we compare london, an urban center, to an entire country as well?
Yet has some of the strictest gun laws in the US.
Yup.
<------ subject to said strict laws at this very moment
@Maw hes actually making a case for deregulation since almost everyone has an AK in iraq
Just like the virus, if you don’t tighten up the borders you’ll have a problem. I know gun laws in Indiana are extremely relaxed. Only a short drive away.
@Churchill great you agree with the border wall then
Ah yes, it's just that easy. Hear that Zulu?
and trumps china ban
Lol
didnt know you were a trump supporter @Churchill
As I understand it, most states have laws that designate the Sos or SotC or an Election Board with conducting the election. Part of their charter is to ensure that safe/secure/fair election.
Regardin CA, you are misinformed. The CA state legislature passed universal mail-in with overwhelming bipartisan support (see https://www.politico.com/states/california/story/2020/06/18/california-lawmakers-pass-november-mail-ballot-bill-with-surprising-gop-support-1293679)
Regarding TX... You might be interested to know that the Governor did enact changes to the early voting window without legislative approval that was upheld by the TX SC. (See: https://www.texastribune.org/2020/10/07/texas-early-voting-october-13/)
Lastly, TX did take several steps to limit the ways their citizens could vote. You can tell how successful they were by the number of people that voted - about 11m. Keep in mind that FL also cast about 11m ballots, but they have 7.5m fewer residents. Through deduction, one can assume that either Floridians are more patriotic than Texans or... Texans were able to discourage a significant number of residents from voting.
where else shall you circularly shift the goalpost?
Aren't you glad it's just as easy as going to Indiana and getting a gun?
When I visited Indiana, I was able to buy a gun. I’m British!
Couldn’t bring it back with me though.
whats your point?
Was about to say.
owning a gun doesnt make you shoot people
youre also a felon if you took it across state lines
well, without changing residences or explicitly passing through
> Aren't you glad it's just as easy as going to Indiana and getting a gun?
@Maw Lol yeah super easy. I've been doing it wrong.
Well I could have said, Liberty justice and freedom for All. They probably would have given me free ammo.
if you know the accent will not let you then mention the OZ or India
@Churchill free ammo? son... you got a lot to learn
The fact is, most people like the 2A in America.
I'm down with the free ammo deal. Sign me up.
even our leftists like the 2a
<------ likes 2A
the only people that dont like it are politicians
Freedom comes with risk.
and mindless rachel maddow viewers
Not here it doesn’t.
did you pay your tv license?
Must run ladies and gentlemen. It’s been fun. Have a good evening.
Good for you, if you don't want that freedom, by all means.
Risks like wrong oil will turn hard in the freezing cold
Don't push it on the people that do though.
Change the constitution and I'll listen to arguments. Until then, sorry.
