Quite alright, still a bit confused on what you're talking about. Right now Robert isn't live (and I don't think his program is 'waiting to go live' yet), so there isn't a live chat. As for channel membership, or YT's "Paid Subscriber" stuff, I don't think Robert does this at the moment. So there isn't like, any exclusive paid content for the channel if that's what you're thinking.
But if you're watching a video of the chat replay, keep in mind, that's not live.
It's just a chat replay (and unlike Twitch, it doesn't allow VOD comments).
So those are VODs, and not streams, if that makes sense.
You have to be at a Subscriber level to have Membership options. Everyone subscribe to get past 100K
