I don't see how it couldn't. Texas is claiming those states violated the constitution. A SCOTUS ruling that PA violated the constitution would probably just about nail their case
Well they're not tossed yet. This was just to see if SCOTUS would hear arguments. But if PAs best defense is what they did at the 11th hour, then they would have a worse time when having to explain themselves
