@bpip9 eat stuff for muscle growth and work out like crazy your body will tell you what it needs to keep building... you dont need weight to gain muscle you need to feed the growth of that muscle healthy foods as it builds

I too have never had muscles aside from leg muscles. But now I've got a little bump in my bicep that I'm proud of
