I'm too lazy to meal prep, I just take a frozen burrito (extremely cost effective, individually only like 60 cents) and a greek yogurt cup to work everyday

I make 4 pound of food per meal. Then divide it out to 7 to 9 meals

@bpip9 eat stuff for muscle growth and work out like crazy your body will tell you what it needs to keep building... you dont need weight to gain muscle you need to feed the growth of that muscle healthy foods as it builds
